Producer audit
We work only with vetted producers and co-operatives. Each is audited for husbandry, harvesting and storage practice. Producer identities are held confidentially as commercial information.
Origin documentation
Country, region and harvest window are recorded for every drum at source. Producer-level records are held internally for full recall capability.
Sealed transit
Drums and IBCs are sealed and tracked from origin into our bonded UK facility.
Goods-in inspection
On arrival, every consignment is sampled, weighed and entered into our batch system.
Independent lab testing
Bespoke panels covering moisture, pH, sugars, activity, pollen, HMF and MGO, turned around in 5–14 working days.
Pack & dispatch
High-speed jar filling (10g–1kg) with full metal detection, or filled to drum/IBC, with batch reference and CoA travelling with every order.

Every dispatch leaves with the paperwork your buyers and auditors expect — Certificate of Analysis, Declaration of Origin, allergen statement, and BRCGS issue documentation.
